Product Introduction
This machine is specially designed to make paper shopping bags with top over-folding and with handles inline. The handles will be delivered to handle cutting, handle delivery, handle patching and over-folding units after being produced by the handle making unit with the raw material of paper rope and paper patch roll. Afterwards, the machine will D cut the paper sheets, glue the handle patching position and patch the handles. It cut the reel paper to paper sheets first before delivering them to over-folding unit. The main machine forms the paper bag in one process from side gluing, tube forming & cutting, bottom creasing & gluing and forming to bags collection. The whole process is completed simultaneously and full automation is achieved. Much labor cost can be saved.
